La mia produzione scientifica include una serie di modelli innovativi e validati \u2013 dagli storici DANI-Net e 4D-DANI-Net, fino ai recentissimi BrLP, TADM e le loro estensioni \u2013 riconosciuti e premiati dalle principali conferenze e riviste internazionali.\n\n<strong>Motivazioni &amp; Obiettivi<\/strong>\n<ul>\n \t<li>Simulare e prevedere la progressione individuale della neurodegenerazione su dati MRI longitudinali.<\/li>\n \t<li>Migliorare la medicina di precisione fornendo strumenti clinici personalizzabili e validati.<\/li>\n \t<li>Portare modelli generativi e di diffusione dalla ricerca sperimentale all\u2019applicazione su larga scala.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<strong>Metodi<\/strong>\n<ul>\n \t<li>DANI-Net\/4D-DANI-Net: Reticoli avversariali in grado di generare realistiche simulazioni di progressione patologica cerebrale basate su MRI longitudinali.<\/li>\n \t<li>BrLP: Modello di diffusione latente spaziotemporale, arricchito dall\u2019infusione di conoscenza clinica pregressa (<i>prior knowledge<\/i>), stabilizzazione della coerenza predittiva (LAS), e training su oltre 11.000 MRI di soggetti ADNI, OASIS, AIBL.<\/li>\n \t<li>TADM: Modello basato su diffusion, pensato per la modellazione temporale esplicita della progressione degenerativa cerebrale, con estensioni che includono regolarizzazioni temporali bidirezionali (TADM-3D\/BiTR, arXiv 2025).<\/li>\n \t<li>Assessment tecnico su SPIE: Studio sistematico sulle performance comparative tra diversi approcci di diffusione per la progressione dell\u2019Alzheimer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<strong>Risultati &amp;
