la loro protezione \u00e8 un punto cardine nell\u2019assistenza al paziente. <\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong>Un paziente che non \u00e8 in grado di gestire in maniera autonoma le proprie vie aeree corre rischi che vanno dal soffocamento (la base della lingua arretra e si poggia sull\u2019ipofaringe, non permettendo pi\u00f9 il passaggio di aria) all\u2019inalazione (vomito, sangue ecc\u2026).<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong>La gestione delle vie aeree rappresenta il fondamento di ogni trattamento rianimatorio, indispensabile punto di partenza di ogni scelta terapeutica successiva. <\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong>Negli ultimi anni si \u00e8 assistito alla proliferazione di linee guida e algoritmi, non sempre di univoca interpretazione. <\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong>La realizzazione di nuovi dispositivi
