Affiliation:<\/strong> Arial, italic, size 10, including the speaker’s email address.<\/span><\/p>

Size and body text:<\/strong> Written in English<\/strong> (up to two pages) using Times New Roman (size 12), single line spacing, not justified.<\/span><\/p>

Page margins:<\/strong> Top and bottom 2 cm, left and right 2.5 cm.<\/span><\/p>
