The center of excellence C.E.R.I.S.I. is actually a constellation of laboratories, harmonized one another, between which there are other three specifically for industrial engineering: large scale testing laboratory; non destructive testing and failure analysis laboratory; mechanical testing laboratory.

Using advanced equipment and high technology, laboratories are able to provide, through a synergistic action, the following services:

• certification of product quality;
• defect analysis of structures including through on-site investigations;
• analysis of the causes of failure of a structure or a mechanical component;
• mechanical characterization of materials, also innovative, and welded joints according to the current Codes and Standards;
• full scale tests (scale 1:1) of large and complex structures subject to the real conditions of dynamic loading.
