GIULIA BONANNO
ACADEMIC CAREER
In 2023, she obtained a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering (LM-23) from the University of Messina, graduating with full marks (110/110) cum laude.
Starting in January 2024, she carried out one year of research activity within the PLATONE project, mainly focusing on experimental laboratory activities. Since December 2024, she has been a PhD candidate in Engineering at the University of Messina. Her current research activity focuses on the prediction of pollutant dispersion through the use of neural networks, with particular emphasis on Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINNs), aiming to integrate the engineering skills acquired with advanced computational tools.
