deriver\u00e0 da scarti agricoli e, in particolare, dalle bucce d&#8217;arancia (OP) come fonte rinnovabile per la sintesi di nanomateriali a base di carbonio con struttura grafenica. Questo nuovo nanomateriale ecologico sar\u00e0 sintetizzato dall&#8217;OP mediante carbonizzazione idrotermale (HTC) che consente la grafitizzazione della matrice di carbonio. Il biochar (BC) cos\u00ec sintetizzato sar\u00e0 sottoposto a trattamento idrotermale assistito da microonde per ottenere, il materiale di dimensioni nanometriche nanobiochar (NBC). La capacit\u00e0 chelante degli HM sar\u00e0 ottenuta attraverso strategie di modificazione superficiale degli NBC con arginina, cisteina, tirosina, istidina (AA) mediante classica reazione di accoppiamento tra le funzionalit\u00e0 carbossiliche esposte sulla superficie dei nanomateriali e le funzionalit\u00e0 nucleofile presenti sugli AA. Queste reazioni verranno condotte in un sistema a microonde utilizzando una serie di solventi eutettici profondi naturali (NADES) in condizioni rispettose dell&#8217;ambiente. data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le mutazioni <em>gain-of-function<\/em> del canale ionico Slack spesso provocano gravi patologie legate all&#8217;epilessia e la disponibilit\u00e0 limitata di farmaci come opzioni terapeutiche per il trattamento di queste condizioni richiede l\u2019urgenza di identificare nuovi chemiotipi, potenti e sicuri di inibitori Slack. Gli obiettivi del progetto SMAKC mirano alla progettazione e caratterizzazione di piccole molecole come nuovi potenziali inibitori dei canali SLACK umani. Sfruttando le tecniche di molecular modeling, costruiremo diverse librerie combinatoriali in silico che includono composti da noi sintetizzati che commerciali, progettati per il target Slack e privi di attivit\u00e0 di blocco dell&#8217;hERG. La progettazione terr\u00e0 conto anche delle propriet\u00e0 fisico-chimiche dei composti studiati, evitando cos\u00ec insidie \u200b\u200bdovute a propriet\u00e0 sfavorevoli (ad esempio scarsa solubilit\u00e0 o equilibrio idrofilo\/lipofilo inappropriato).
