Conference Venue
LOCATION
The Conference will take place at the Eolian Milazzo Hotel, located on the promontory of Milazzo, in a historic part of the city with green space overlooking a crystalline sea, the beach and the castle (which is the largest one in Sicily).

Since there is a limited number of rooms at the Eolian Milazzo Hotel we recommend to book your accommodation as far in advance as possible.
Hotel reservations will be possible from January 10th, 2025.
BOOKING
For hotel reservations, kindly contact the Eolian Milazzo Hotel via email at info@eolianmilazzohotel.it , ensuring that ELS 2025 is mentioned in the subject line or within the body of the email.
The hotel will respond within 48 hours, providing a reservation form that must be completed and returned within 3 days to confirm your booking.
The room rates per day as follows (VAT included):
- € 106,00 VAT included for a single room with continental breakfast
- € 125,00 VAT included for a double room with continental breakfast
- € 33,00 VAT included supplement per person for triple or quadruple rooms
Please note that, should the rooms at Eolian Hotel be fully booked, the hotel will provide recommendations for alternative accommodations of a similar standard. A shuttle service will be available every day at the beginning and at the end of the event to facilitate transfer from/to the alternative accommodation for all participants who book their stay through the Eolian Milazzo Hotel.

How to reach Milazzo
By plane
Milazzo can be reached through the airports located in Catania, Reggio Calabria and Palermo.
- Catania Airport: directly linked to Milazzo with buses of the company Giuntabus (2h00).
- Reggio Calabria Airport: take the shuttle bus to Reggio harbour (ATAM, line PA, 24 min) and from there reach Messina by hydrofoil (Reggio Calabria – Messina) (35min). Here the timetable. From Messina you can reach Milazzo either by train (Trenitalia) (15-40 min) or by bus (50 min).
Buses are available from Milazzo train station to Milazzo city center (15 min). - Palermo Airport: take a bus to Palermo Central Station, then you have direct connections to Milazzo either by train (Trenitalia) or by bus.
By train
You can reach the “Milazzo” Station by railway. See the Trenitalia website for trip planning.
By car
You can reach Messina by car:
From Catania (100 km): take the motorway A18 Catania-Messina exit at Messina Boccetta.
From Palermo (230 km): take the motorway A20 Palermo-Messina exit at Messina Boccetta.
From Cosenza (190 km): take the motorway A2 Salerno-Reggio Calabria exit at Villa S. Giovanni. Ferryboat connection to Messina is every 40 min. Check here the timetable.
