Riflessioni pedagogiche sui percorsi di affiancamento ai minori migranti soli, pu\u00f2 apparire, di per s\u00e9, un po\u2019 provocatorio. La scelta non \u00e8 casuale. L\u2019intento infatti \u00e8 quello di offrire la possibilit\u00e0 di una riflessione, dal punto di vista pedagogico, su una figura, tanto antica quanto attuale, di affiancamento che \u00e8 quella del Tutore legale. Di certo, nel panorama dell\u2019accoglienza, si identifica come una figura \u201cponte\u201d nel percorso di crescita e di maturazione di molti adolescenti migranti soli. Adesso, i minori migranti soli o non accompagnati rappresentano una delle categorie sociali pi\u00f9 vulnerabili del nostro Paese. Dalla letteratura di riferimento e dalle molteplici storie di vita di questi adolescenti \u00abprivi di assistenza e di rappresentanza da parte dei genitori o di adulti per loro legalmente responsabili\u00bb, Art. 2 Legge 47 del 2017, sappiamo che sono portatori di specifici bisogni educativi. In pedagogia, di notevole interesse risulta essere l\u2019esperienza della tutorialit\u00e0. Tale esperienza, assunta nei processi educativi e formativi dell\u2019accoglienza, si struttura come una \u201cnuova\u201d forma di affiancamento che mira alla libera e sostanziale capacit\u00e0 di scelta dell\u2019educando, il quale \u00e8 posto in una condizione propositiva. Partendo dalla figura del Tutore legale volontario, art. 11 della l. n. 47\/2017, il quale \u00e8 indicato dal Garante per l\u2019infanzia e l\u2019adolescenza come \u00abla chiave di volta della legge\u00bb, l\u2019asse intorno a cui ruota il sistema italiano di protezione e accoglienza dei minori migranti, il contributo intende riflettere su questa figura che, oltre a farsi interprete dei bisogni del migrante minore solo, offre allo stesso la possibilit\u00e0 di poter dar vita a relazioni di riconoscimento volte ad assicurare anche una dimensione informale dell\u2019aiuto, che \u00e8 per molti di loro uno strumento di mediazione per l\u2019accreditamento nella societ\u00e0 accogliente.
