Research:
He is the author, together with others, of 35 papers that appeared in international journals with Impact Factor. Based on the Scopus database, H-Index of Dr. Luca Cozzolino in the years from 2011 to 2020 is 14, with 487 citations received in the period 2011–2020. His main research interests are as follows:
• Urban drainage systems design;
• Development of advanced numerical models for the accurate solution of the Shallow-water Equations;
• Mathematical modelling of discontinuities in the Shallow water Equations;
• Hydrologic routing;
• Water quality modelling in water surface bodies and in the water distribution networks;
• Debris flow modelling and design of the countermeasures;
• Reduction of water losses in water distribution systems.
