La formazione fornita<\/strong> dal Corso ha ad oggetto gli istituti fondamentali della giustizia penale contemporanea e tutela processuale e penale delle garanzie fondamentali della persona alla luce delle carte costituzionali e internazionali di protezione dei diritti umani e attraverso uno studio degli aggiornamenti giurisprudenziali e del dibattito dottrinale.<\/p>

Il Corso presenta inoltre una chiara caratterizzazione internazionale.<\/strong> La docenza verr\u00e0 impartita prevalentemente in spagnolo; specifiche attivit\u00e0 di docenza verranno svolte in italiano e\/o portoghese secondo i relatori.<\/strong> La partecipazione di accreditati docenti e professori di elevata qualificazione e di fama internazionale<\/strong> provenienti da differenti Paesi, nonch\u00e9 di riconosciuti esperti e operatori del diritto<\/strong>, assicurer\u00e0 una formazione di livello elevato<\/strong>, un ampio uso del metodo comparatistico e un approfondimento teorico-pratico delle problematiche trattate.<\/p>
