A conclusive workshop that will take place in Messina at MIFT Department on 22nd-23rd of January 2026. The workshop aims to bring together researchers working on perovskite and perovskite-inspired materials, from synthesis and fundamental studies to devices. Subtitles: sea, sun and a lot of good food!

Messina can be reached through several travel options:
By plane:
Fly to Catania Fontanarossa Airport, then reach Messina by SAIS autolinee coach services or by train.
Alternatively, fly to Reggio Calabria “Tito Minniti” Airport, followed by a taxi or shuttle to the ports of Reggio Calabria or Villa San Giovanni, and then cross the Strait of Messina by ferry or hydrofoil.By train:
Travel by train to Messina Centrale or Villa San Giovanni railway stations. From Villa San Giovanni, regular ferry and hydrofoil services connect to Messina.

The Workshop is reachable by public transportation (bus lines 24, 24/, 31, 32, or 31bis) and a short walking distance (no more than a 5-minute walk).
