RESEARCH PROJECTS

AI and innovative ICT tools for Digital Diagnostics

Project financed by the Italian Ministry of Health, through the Development and Cohesion fund in the 2014-2020 programming.
31/12/2022 - 31/12/2026

The project aims to create a research ecosystem distributed throughout the Italian country, which uses AI solutions to develop prevention, surveillance and improvement actions aimed at diagnosis and therapy. In particular, we want to identify solutions, procedures and best practices to support the research on high-impact diseases, so to easily replicate scientific results in different clinical contexts.

Personalized assistance technologies for the improvement of the quality of life

National Operational Program (PON) - RESEARCH AND INNOVATION 2014-2020
01/10/2022 - 30/09/2025

The TALIsMAn project aims to look for and define new models and technologies to support fragile subjects, voluntary work/associations, operators of social and health services (doctors, nurses, social and health structures). A central element in the definition of these models is represented by the new fragility index, which is based on objective performance indicators and makes it possible to monitor the effectiveness of therapies in terms of repercussions on the subject’s quality of life and the efficiency of the models themselves. It defines, designs and prototypes an integrated technological infrastructure able of implementing, governing, monitoring and continuously evaluating integrated care models. The TALIsMAn project aims to create a technological infrastructure based on an information model inspired by the principles of Population Health Management (PHM).
