  • A presentation code and the first author are listed in the program below for each presentation. The complete list of oral and poster presentations, with the code assigned to each one of them, can be downloaded here
  • Codes are: INV for invited; BI for biological systems; ED for Electron Devices; QN for Quantum Noise and Devices; TS for Theory and Stochastic Processes; MR for Materials and Reliability; CS for Circuits and Systems; IN for Instrumentation
  • The program is available as an interactive Google Calendar by following this link. Set the display mode to week or day. Once on the conference dates, by clicking on each time slot you will be provided with detailed information about the presentation. The most up to date reference for the program is the Google calendar. Please add it to your calendars.  
  • Authors of poster presentations are expected to be present for discussion on June 19 during the coffee breaks. 
  • The FET100 event is organized by the IEEE Electron Device Society in parallel with the conference. Prof. Cor L. Claeys (KU Leuven) in his capacity as an IEEE-EDS Distinguished  Lecturer, will give a lecture entitled “A Century Field Effect Transistor: Past, Trends and Challenges for the Next Decade“. Access to the event is free and independent from registration at ICNF2025.
