CALL FOR ABSTRACT POSTER
SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS
The call for abstracts is open for submission of posters on research activities and/or scientific essays on topics related to light and workshop activities. The abstract of the scientific contribution – the acceptance of which will be screened by the scientific committee – must be sent exclusively by e-mail to lightme@unime.it as an attachment in Word format by the end of May 04th, 2026.
Please note: In case of acceptance of the contribution, the poster must be included as an attachment during the workshop participant’s registration. By accessing the “Registration” section of the website, after filling out all the forms and selecting “Yes” in the “Submission” field, enter the title and PDF of the poster and click on the “SEND” button.
INFORMATION
The poster should be printed in A0 format (vertically, 841 x 1189 mm) and printing costs will be the responsibility of the submitter.
The abstract should be completed in the following print format:
Title: Arial, normal, all capital letters bold (size 14), centered, single spacing. Authors: Arial, normal, size 12, centered, speaker’s name underlined. Affiliation: Arial, italic, size 10, including speaker’s e-mail address. Size and body: Italian text (one page) using Times New Roman font (size 12), single line spacing, justified.
Page margins: top and bottom 2 cm, left and right 2.5 cm. References: Times New Roman, size 10, first name initial (normal), last name (normal), newspaper (italic), year (normal bold), start page – end page (normal).
Note: References must be entered manually. Authors are asked to respect every part and detail of the formatting without introducing any changes to the template.
