On May 19th, 2025, Dott. Marco Spadaro presented the paper “The Silent Stranglehold: Quantifying Organized Crime’s Chilling Effect on Firm Efficiency and R&D”, co-authored with Professor Antonio Fabio Forgione and Professor Carlo Migliardo, during the workshop Migration, migrants, and women: between work, consumption and invisible barriers, held at the Department of Economics of the University of Messina.
