This is the main hub for reaching Messina, served by many international and domestic flights.

The bus service SAIS Autolinee connects Catania airport to Messina.

Tickets can be purchased online or directly at the airport.

From Catania Airport it is also possible to reach Messina by train Trenitalia, thanks to the new stop Catania Aeroporto Fontanarossa.

2. “Tito Minniti” Airport (Reggio Calabria).
A bus service ATAM is available to reach the Reggio Calabria port in 30 minutes. From the port, it is possible to reach Messina by the high-speed crafts Blu Jet.

By train

Different travel solutions are available on Trenitalia and Italo. The suggested arrival station is Villa San Giovanni, in Calabria.
