Abstract submission
Deadline Extension for Poster Abstract Submission
To further promote participation in the XXX NMMC, the Organizing Committee is pleased to announce that the deadline for the submission of poster communications has been extended to July 15 2026.
Announcement of the accepted oral and flash communications: June 30, 2026
Online registration is not required to submit abstracts and can be made at a later stage. Payment must be completed within 10 working days after registration.
Submission Guidelines
Each participant may submit more than one abstract.
Maximum length: one page.
Save the document as “Surname_Name.docx” in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
If you do not receive an email confirming the submission of the abstract or registration, please verify the spam box or contact the Organizing Committee.
The abstracts should be prepared according to the available template containing abstract guidelines.
