On behalf of the Scientific and Organizing Committees, we are pleased to invite you to join the 30th National Meeting on Medicinal Chemistry (NMMC30), the annual peculiar event of the Divisione di Chimica Farmaceutica (Division of Medicinal Chemistry) of the Società Chimica Italiana (Italian Chemical Society).

NMMC30, together with the 17th Young Medicinal Chemists Symposium “Nuove Prospettive in Chimica Farmaceutica” (NPCF17), represents the best opportunity to share the progress of research and to favor collaborations among medicinal chemists from both academia and industry.

The participants will have the chance to present the results of their studies in the highly stimulating environment of the meeting that will cover the most recent advances belonging to one or more of our peculiar Analytical, Computational and Synthetic Medicinal Chemistry topics, listed in research and therapeutic areas.

The 2026 NMMC edition will be organized by the University of Messina. The meeting will start on September 13th afternoon with the Opening Ceremony at the Rettorato venue, and it will continue up to September 16th morning in the conference rooms at the Papardo academic complex belonging to the Università di Messina.

More than 250 colleagues from academia and industry are expected to join the Meeting with a rich scientific program that will include five plenary and ten keynote lectures, as well as numerous oral communications and poster presentations.

The meeting will also give the opportunity to release during the Opening Ceremony medal and prizes to the winners selected by the Divisione di Chimica Farmaceutica.
