Visa Invitation Letters

Visa invitation letters will be automatically provided to registered participants. Once you have completed your registration and payment, an official invitation letter will be generated and sent to you.

IMPORTANT: Authors of accepted papers who require a visa invitation letter before completing registration can request it by filling out the form below. A support letter will be issued as soon as possible.

You should also ensure to include a letter from your home university confirming any funding your institution is providing towards your journey.
